Thanks to over $82 million in donations last month, it seems like Trump can finally afford to make more political ads himself. His two newest – and best edited – ads pin Clinton as being in the pocket of Wall Street and big money interests.
And it appears that the Trump campaign is using more than Sanders’ attack lines against Clinton – they are also trying to use his fundraising strategy.
Last month, Trump and the RNC raised $82 million – just shy of Clinton’s $90 million. What should be more alarming for the Clinton campaign is that most of that $82 million was from small-dollar donations.
If that trend continues next month, the Clinton campaign may start having primary race flashbacks.
