Save the Day PAC released a new two-minute political ad solely focusing on a fictitious story of a woman on Election Day, November 8, 2016.
The ad starts off with this woman working and juggling personal life and work life. In the background, we hear some of Donald Trump’s most infamous quotes – and slowly the noise starts to build up.
The ad follows her leaving the office and reaching a polling location. As she reaches the voting booth and shuts the curtain, the Trump background noise stops and silence consumes the scene – except when we hear the woman breathe a sigh of relief. “This moment is yours,” text appears on the screen.
Joss Whedon, director and the founder of Save the Day PAC, is fighting to keep Trump out of the office and using short-form digital production to influence voters.
Check out the other videos the group produced – including when “a lot of famous people” starred in a PSA, as well as the British man who wanted to “Make America Hated Again.”
