The 30-second ad, “Bear,” runs through different explanations of times when foreign governments donated to the Clinton Foundation and Clinton allegedly helped them out in return – all while cute bears scratch their backs against trees.
For example, the ad claims that after Saudi Arabia gave $10 million to the Clinton Foundation, Clinton “looked the other way on Saudi funding of terrorism.”
The narrator adds that the Clinton Foundation received $252 million in donations, but spends “only 9.9% on direct charitable grants to help people.”
Two weeks ago, the group sent out a memo announcing it would no longer air anti-Clinton ads, instead focus on ads promoting Trump. However, looks like “Bear” missed the memo on that one.

Rebuilding America Now PAC Gunning Towards November
The PAC, which is chaired by Florida Governor Rick Scott, has spent the most of any of the pro-Trump super PACS – investing $13 million in TV ads.
