Before the polls open for Super Tuesday states today, Marco Rubio’s campaign released an upbeat, optimistic, 100-second political ad to highlight his conservative values. Going positive before the Iowa caucuses gave Rubio a much-needed boost in the political limelight. With most states splitting up their delegates proportionally, Rubio could be awarded enough delegates to stay relevant in the election.
