Donald Trump’s more “presidential” media team released a run-of-the-mill attack ad against Ted Cruz – slamming him on trade, jobs and immigration.
“Job Killing Ted” starts off with the narrator criticizing Cruz for supporting “bad trade deals” that hurt Indiana, including his support for expanding visas for foreign workers and “Obama’s job-killing trade bill.”
And to keep the punches rolling, the ad says it’s “no surprise Cruz supported amnesty for 11 million illegals and welcomed more Syrian refugees.” (Even though Cruz introduced a bill in Senate that would ban refugees from Syria.)
The ad suggests at the end that Trump is the only one to keep America safe from bad trade deals and illegal immigration.
Trump will air this ad in Indiana leading up to the primary on March 3, but his campaign has not specified how much they spent on the ad.
Check out Trump’s latest ad featuring his son Donald Trump Jr. that will also air in the Hoosier State.
