Americans for the Real Deal, a new anti-Donald Trump group, launched a new attack ad hoping to educate rural Ohio voters on Trump's trade policies – an issue that hits close to home for Rust Belt voters on both sides of the isle. In the style of a commercial for a new truck or TV, "Trumpified" simplifies Trump's plan by explaining how much more money one would spend on regular commodities. “Want a new TV?” the narrator asks. “Trump wants you to pay a 45 percent tax. Add two grand to that TV.” The spot also implies Trump's policies would cause widespread devastation. The ad asks, "Remember the Great Depression, that brought a World War?"
