Libertarian presidential ticket Gary Johnson and Bill Weld released a new political ad aiming to take out the “two party dinosaur.”
The ad, “Money Comet,” shows a comet – a metaphor for the voters – speeding towards Earth. “Show the world how massive an impact independent voters can make on the establishment,” Johnson explains.
Weld adds, “Join us in kicking them… in the asteroid.”
At the end, text appears on the screen: “Hey Clintrump, the sky is falling.”
Johnson-Weld Money Comet

The Johnson-Weld Money Comet is the latest tactic from the campaign to help raise money – which in turn will help them gain national recognition.
And their efforts may be paying off. A recent CNN/ORC poll showed Johnson polling at his all-time high since becoming the Libertarian presidential nominee at 13%. Johnson needs to poll at 15% ahead of the presidential debates in order to make it on the stage.
As the Libertarian presidential candidate receive more national attention, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton may need to make room for one more on the stage. Check out the Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson ad that may just give you the goosebumps.
