Although Jeb Bush’s Super PAC Right to Rise has raised over $100 million, that doesn’t guarantee a smooth ride to the White House.
The former Florida Governor has been trailing Donald Trump in the polls, even in his home state by 4 points.
All hands on deck now, because a new issue has surfaced… Jeb’s left hand.
Touting Jeb Bush as the real conservative, Right to Rise sent out a mailer to 86,000 Iowan households with Jeb featured on front. But the Right to Rise team forgot to Photoshop one thing, Jeb’s mysterious black hand.
This led to social media users questioning if the PAC Photoshopped Jeb’s head onto a different model.
Remember political consultants; double, triple and quadruple check your work before you send out anything. You don’t want things to get out of hand…
Photoshop Can Be Your Friend
A couple days later, Paul Lindsay, the Right to Rise’s spokesman, released the original picture that the PAC used, showing Jeb’s hand covered by a shadow.
While the PAC seems to be accepting the slip-up in Iowa, they made sure to fix the image for the 150,000 New Hampshire residents who received the next round of mailers.
Will this Photoshop blunder affect Jeb’s campaign? Probably not. But make sure to stay tuned to I Agree to See as we continue to follow the candidates in the 2016 presidential election.
