Carlos Taylor is a Republican candidate for California’s 19th State Assembly District. District 19 encompasses the western parts of San Francisco County and northern parts of San Mateo County.
Taylor was born and raised in the Philippines and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1986. He later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and then earned his Ph.D. from Tennessee Temple University. He is currently an administrator and minister of a local church.
