New Jersey Governor Chris Christie launched a $1.5 million television ad campaign today – the first in the general election – that will air in Philadelphia and New York City media markets and statewide cable over the next ten days.
Governor Christie’s first ad of the season is positive, hopeful and glimmers with a mild nostalgia with faux-Instagram film. Through his own lens he’s a man of Jersey. He touts himself as a strong leader willing to work with politicians on both sides of the aisle. The ad ends with a dramatic shots of the New Jersey shore after Hurricane Sandy reminding voters that he was when tragedy struck, he was there “every step of the way.”More
